He was willing to work with the budget we had and got it done when he said he would for the price he said would. “Dana Rolles from Greener Building has done a number of projects at our 1969 Calgary house which needed some work.  His range of skills and practical, cost effective recommendations are very impressive.   He was able to provide accurate, professional quotes for us to review before we committed to each set of projects.

He revamped/repaired some external pillars, walkways, repaired fences and decking, insulated our garage with EPS insulation and set up a ski waxing area in the garage.   He also did some landscaping projects around the base of our mature evergreens.  The neighbours sure noticed how attractive that was as he got many of them asking for him to help them out. I would recommend Dana for your home renovations.
